2024 SEMA SHOW ANNOUNCES INNOVATIVE INDUSTRY EDUCATION PROGRAM

This year’s program will highlight 80 sessions focused on personal and professional development, emerging business issues, trends, and best practices.

• Electric Vehicles 101, Presented by Legacy EV, a seven-hour training course focusing on the fundamental functions of EV powertrains and key high-voltage safety practices.

Car Audio Championship Set To Roll In  Birmingham October 12 And 13

BIRMINGHAM AL (10.10.24 IASCA Worldwide will roll the 2024 IASCA World Finals for both SPL and Sound Quality at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Center in Birmingham AL. The dates are October 12th and 13th for the 35th IASCA World Finals.

Sound Quality competition will take place in the East Hall of the B.J.C.C. along with EMMA USA and MASQ, and SPL. Competition will take place with ISPLL in the North Hall. Set up October 11th with competition taking place on the 12th and 13th.

“With the success of the venues from our 2023 Finals, returning to Birmingham made perfect sense.“  said IASCA President Travis Chin. “The venue offers so much more and the response we received from the competitors was so positive, we negotiated for 2024 right away and came to an agreement. Additionally, the venue for our satellite location was also looking forward to our return and we were able to finalize plans with them almost immediately.”

There is definitely a strong buzz in the area for the event. Blake Potts, Birmingham-based AED Distributing, stated “We have a wide dealer network in the area and several dealers have mentioned going to the event. Rex Rice, Tint World Birmingham, is one. He will have a booth there to connect with consumers.” 

Rex Rice related “We will have a big presence at the event. In the booth we will showcase DS18 products. In addition we will have some of our projects around the show floor. A customized Slingshot and several loud bikes are set to be there. Looking to see a big crowd.”

Building on the success of last year, the FutureTech Studio will feature the latest parts, tools, and equipment tailored to emerging vehicle technologies. Santa Fe Auto Sound’s Grain Valley Grand Opening

GRAIN VALEY MO (10.09.24) Santa Fe Auto Sounds new, from the ground up, location in Green Valley celebrated the Grand Opening on Saturday, October 5th. The locations showroom and expansive installation area was spotlighted with a Mercedes demo along with other demo vehicles from 11 AM till 5 PM. Guests began to arrive at the appointed time. Though the Grand Opening was not advertised as a sale there was good business written during the event.

Santa Fe team members Ryan, Nick and Scott along with family were in the house talking with guests and showing off the new location and doing demos for attendees in the 4 demos on site. The vehicles included a lifted Dodge Ram with full custom system, custom build ’66 Chevy truck that was a Good Guy’s Finalist truck for he year, a ’67 Chevy truck in progress with new kick panels built and a Mercedes E-Class with full system. The guests were very excited to hear the demo and were overwhelmingly impressed.
