GEMSEN Stood Out At The 3rd Annual CMA Expo

TORONTO, CANADA (04.10.25) – The 3rd Annual CMA Expo 2025 took place Friday through Sunday April 4-April 6 at the Toronto Congress Centre. GEMSEN had a large presence at the event spotlighting several brands that they distribute across Canada.

The JL Audio booth was busy throughout the CMA Expo.

Dave Singh, National Sales Manager-Mobile Marine Power Sports, related “Once again the CMA Expo was an amazing event. There was a wide selection of top-tier 12volt brands exhibiting, dealer attendance was very good plus there was a great feeling of excitement across the Expo floor. Training sessions on the show schedule also offered learning opportunities for many in meeting rooms and onsite installation demos.”

This live demonstration showed how proper system design and as little as 10 minutes of tuning could make an unbelievable difference with speakers are placed in a perfect layout. Then when speakers are moved around, like they would be positioned in a car, they sounded terrible. When DSP was applied the speakers sounded perfect as they would positioned in a car.

Continuing “Rob Haynes, from Garmin/JL Audio, was the busiest trainers at the CMA Expo presenting 5 classes over the weekend. One of Rob’s key trainings was a live demonstration on how proper system design and as 10 minutes of tuning could make an unbelievable difference. A demo setup allowed attendees to listen to speakers in a perfect layout,..then moved the speakers around just like they would be positioned in a car which made them sound terrible and then applied DSP which made the whole system sound like it did when the speakers were setup in a perfect position.”

SiriusXM Announces Coverage for 2025 Masters

NEW YORK, NY (04.10.25) – SiriusXM, the exclusive audio broadcaster of the Masters Tournament, today announced its extensive broadcast plans for Masters week, April 5-13. SiriusXM listeners across North America will get live coverage of all four days of Tournament play, daily Masters talk programming, specials and more.

Masters Radio on SiriusXM will be available to subscribers in SiriusXM enabled vehicles (channel 92) and on the SiriusXM app.

SiriusXM’s live Tournament broadcast will air each day – Thursday, April 10, through Sunday, April 13 – starting at 2 pm ET and running through the completion of play. Each day before the broadcast begins, SiriusXM will provide live look-in coverage of featured groups during its programming in the morning and early afternoon so listeners can get up-to-the-moment coverage of groups playing earlier in the day. 

Mike Tirico will be SiriusXM’s lead play-by-play voice for all four Tournament rounds. He will be joined in the booth by popular former tour pro-turned-broadcaster Johnson Wagner as lead analyst. SiriusXM’s commentators on the course will be John Maginnes, Brian Katrek, Emilia Doran and Carl Paulson.

SiriusXM’s pre-round coverage will air live starting at 7 am ET Thursday and Friday, and 10 am ET on Saturday and Sunday. Taylor Zarzour and David Marr III will anchor the coverage, providing play-by-play updates on featured groups, with commentary and reporting from Steve Melnyk, Bob Ford, Carl Paulson, Jim McLean and Jason Sobel. 1982 Masters champion Craig Stadler and fellow major champions Hale Irwin and Dave Stockton will join SiriusXM’s pre-round coverage on the weekend. Immediately following each round, listeners will hear a live recap show hosted by Gary Williams.

Ten-time major champion Annika Sorenstam will interview the Augusta National Women’s Amateur champion on a new episode of her SiriusXM show, “Annika,” airing Wednesday at 8 pm ET.
  • Masters Par 3 Contest: SiriusXM listeners will get live coverage of the 2025 Masters Par 3 Contest on Wednesday, April 9 starting at noon ET.
  • Honorary Starters Ceremony: On Thursday, SiriusXM will have live coverage of the Honorary Starters Ceremony and the opening tee shots of Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Tom Watson, followed by interviews with these three legendary players.
  • Listeners will hear regularly scheduled shows hosted throughout the week by SiriusXM’s exceptional roster of current and former players, instructors and other experts. This will include new episodes of the exclusive shows helmed by Lucas Glover, who recorded a top-20 finish in last year’s Tournament, and Rocco Mediate, who competed in 10 Masters.

JBL Mobile Audio Spotlighted At The Man Show Expo Presented By Creative Audio

SPRINGFIELD, MO (04.09.25) The Man Show Expo was two days dedicated to all things man. The second annual event took place inside the E-Complex building at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds April 4th and 5th. Over 75,000 ft.² of indoor exhibitor space filled with vendors offering exciting products, services, programs, cool motorcycles, ATVs and trailer gear for all men in their garage, house or on the road.

Chris Pace rolled the Arrowhead Sales JBL trailer 160 miles from Kansas City to the event to showcase the latest JBL Mobile Audio products to a crowd reported to be at 20,000 during the event.

Pace related “This was an amazing event in spite of area rain and flooding. The attendance was strong, and the JBL Trailer drew a lot of attention on the show as the trailer is loaded with a variety of JBL speakers and we’re able to do live comparisons with other brands of speakers also. Many who stopped by the trailer indicated they were thinking about some upgrades for their rides and were really not familiar with the JBL Mobile gear. Once they had a demo their eyes opened wide.Creative Audio may be their next stop.”

The JBL mobile showroom dared all to hear the latest mobile gear.

On the shelf floor there were a number of other 12volt vendors including Kicker, Rockford Fosgate, Kenwood, Wet Sounds and Hertz.

Continuing Pace offered “In person events like this are terrific. While at the event I saw a number of friends that I’ve worked together with for years. Mike Marshall was on site representing Rockford Fosgate and Kenwood with The Progressive Group. Randy Davis was on site spotlighting Hertz gear in their booth. In addition, connecting with Vicky Kastanowski, who has been involved in the 12volt industry for years and is now working with Creative Audio was special. Creative Audio has 7 stores in the territory.”

Chris Pace of Arrowhead Marketing set up the JBL Mobile showroom and did live demos and played some JBL Cornhole to keep the crowd engaged. JBL and Infinity had people turning an ear to our brands and all attending were upbeat and ready for some warmer weather to wash up their wheels and get them rocking some tunes. All in all a great show. We’ll definitely be back next year!”

In addition to 12volt mobile products Pace also had JBL Handlebar Speakers on a bike in the booth. That is a product that very consumers even though is available. Showcasing new products is definitely an important part of manufacturers engaging with consumers and enthusiasts at events.

Other Amp’ed Up products at the event included a car show plus moonshine, beer and bourbon sampling for those over 21, billiard game room, hunting and fishing gear, cool cars, trucks, motorcycles, and other companies along with Creative Audio that showcased their latest products. The N and H Electronics Annual Dealer Show Set For Saturday April 12th

HATTIESBURG, MS (04.08.25) The Annual N and H Electronics Dealer Show and Sale is set to welcome dealers on Saturday, April 12th. N and H started business in 1950 so this year they are celebrating 75 years in business.

“As we celebrate 75 years, we hope that dealers from across our territory will plan to attend. Registration from dealers is going well. There will be many super specials and of course, the great catfish lunch will be served fresh from Mack’s West Catfish Truck. In the house we will also have several vendor staff members along with area factory reps” Ricky Gibson related.
