DANIA BEACH, FL (10.02.26) — HKI USA announced the promotion of Jacob Brown to Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1, 2026. In his new role, Brown will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline core processes, and strengthen the company’s procedures and inventory controls.
Brown has been with HKI USA for seven years and most recently served as Director of Operations. During his tenure, he helped guide the company through significant change, including refinements to its product portfolio, upgrades to back-office systems, and the evolution of its team.
