Oracle Lighting Launches Off-Road Side Mirror Ditch Lights for 2019-23 RAM 1500 Trucks

METAIRIE, LA (09.29.23) – ORACLE Lighting, the market leader in innovative LED solutions and high-quality automotive lighting products, announces its new LED Off-Road Side Mirror Ditch Lights for 2019-23 Ram 1500 DT trucks. The lights integrate seamlessly with factory mirrors and feature a matte black housing for a rugged look while incorporating the safety, functionality and durability ORACLE Lighting products are known for.

Engineered to eliminate the dead zone created by forward-focused headlights, ORACLE Lighting’s 2019-23 Ram 1500 DT LED Off-Road Side Mirror Ditch Lights (part number 5914-001) integrate high-powered LED light bars into factory-style side mirror housings for easy installation and a near-OEM appearance. The 24 LEDs produce approximately 2,250 lumens utilizing a 45-degree beam angle to optimize the driver’s peripheral field of vision. This broad field of light makes them perfect for situations where additional visibility of the driving surface and potential obstructions or hazards is needed. The tough housings are made from rugged polycarbonate, which is twice as strong as the factory ABS components. A set of anodized rock guards protects the LED acrylic lenses.

“While headlight technology has come a long way, there is still a glaring dead spot to the sides of vehicles from the factory. This becomes critically important when navigating around potential obstacles or hazards,” said Justin Hartenstein, ORACLE Lighting’s director of development. “Our side mirror ditch lights eliminate this with their powerful LEDs and 45-degree beam angle. And, unlike traditional ditch lights, they integrate into the factory side mirrors to provide a more streamlined appearance.”

The ORACLE 2019-23 Ram 1500 DT LED Off-Road Side Mirror Ditch Lights fit all Ram 1500 DT models not equipped with factory tow mirrors, including TRX and Rebel. MSRP is $399.95 and a two-year warranty is included.

The new products join ORACLE Lighting’s line of direct-fit products for Ram DT-series trucks, including the 2019-23 RAM Rebel/TRX Front Bumper Flush LED Light Bar System and 2019-23 Ram 1500 RGBW+A Headlight DRL Upgrade Kit featuring ORACLE’s ColorSHIFT technology.

Oracle Lighting Announces Flush Style LED Tail Lights for 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma

METAIRIE, LA (06.05.23) – Oracle Lighting is proud to announce the new Patent-Pending flush mount LED tail light design (p/n 5911-504) for third generation Toyota Tacoma Trucks (2016-2023). With an estimated MSRP of $449.95, the new tail lights are scheduled to ship Q3 2023.

“Protruding out significantly less than the factory tail lights, this low-profile design has a more streamlined appearance while also reducing risk of tail light damage,” explained Justin Hartenstein, Oracle Lighting director of development. “These flush tail lights feature a unique signature design and functional LED lighting elements including high-powered reverse lights, unique signature perimeter lighting, and an animated turn signal sequence.”

The new modular design allows the light to be partially disassembled for custom painting. The high-powered LED Reverse Light module can be easily removed from the black housing which can then be painted to match the body color of the vehicle to provide a more customized appearance which more seamlessly blends with the truck.

“No more problems backing up at night and no longer do you need to install additional reversing lamps onto the back of your truck to get the brightness you desire,” Hartenstein continued. “That’s because these LED reverse lights are basically a pair of LED light bars mounted into the tail light which will provide over 1,400 Lumens of rear-facing illumination.”

In addition of the attractive “signature style” LED lighting band and the high-output reverse light, this design also features a “dynamic” turn signal effect. This “motion” or “sequential effect” is a fluid LED motion from the inside portion of the light to the outside potion of the light signifying the direction of the turn signal with a fluid animated LED sequence.

“This is a true plug-and-play installation without any other wiring being needed for installation,” Hartenstein concluded.  “These innovative LED tail lights were designed and engineered by Oracle Lighting right here in the USA. This tail light design provides many unique features and characteristics, providing an aesthetically pleasing product with a forward-thinking design language.”

Oracle Lighting Announces Jeep Integrated Roof Mounted Light Bar

METAIRIE, LA (05.12.23) – Oracle Lighting is proud to announce the launch of its new Integrated Roof Mounted Light Bar System for 2018-2023 Jeep Wrangler JL and 2020-2023 Gladiator (p/n 5917-023). Scheduled to ship in June 2023, the new light bar system has an anticipated MSRP of $995.95.

“If you are in the market for a high-mount LED light bar and want to retain an almost factory look, the new Oracle Lighting Integrated LED Light Bar is for you,” explained Justin Hartenstein, Oracle Lighting director of development. “While other market offerings look obviously aftermarket or like an afterthought, our Patent-Pending design with its molded cowling integrates seamlessly into the factory roof line. This product further adds to the rugged and practical style of your Jeep while eliminating the common whistling issue of other light bars.”

The new Integrated Roof Mounted Light Bar System utilizes 30 individual 8W LED emitters, creating a total of 18,000 raw lumens and a projection distance of nearly 2,000 feet.

“Along with blending in with the factory design, the unique cowl design provides a quieter and more aerodynamic installation compared with traditional LED light bar set-ups,” Hartenstein continued. “The polycarbonate housing is designed to match the styling of the factory hard top but can be installed of soft top Jeeps, as well. It even retains all functionality when you want to go topless.”

The system features selectable amber or white clearance lights, and you can choose to connect these lights to an aux switch, parking lights, DRL, or simply have them disconnected if you prefer not to use the additional clearance light feature.

The system matches the factory black hard top out-of-the-box but can also be painted to color match. Oracle Lighting recommends using a professional painter to properly prep, prime, and color match paint the housing.

“This new light bar system design utilizes reflector-facing LED technology, elevating it above basic and more common bars,” Hartenstein concluded. “This reflector system is designed to provide optimized LED light output from the individual LED emitters and project to a distance of more than 600 meters.”

Oracle Lighting’s New Oculus Bi-LED Projector Headlights for 2021+ Ford Bronco Now Shipping

METAIRIE, LA (04.25.23) – Oracle Lighting is proud to announce its new patented Oculus™ Bi-LED Projector Headlights for 2021+ Ford Bronco (p/n 5886-001/005/0023) is now shipping with an MSRP of $789.95.

“Our new Oculus™ Bi-LED Projector Headlights features a unique modular design, easy plug-and-play installation, and advanced LED projection with 5,200 Lumens of high-quality illumination for enhanced driver visibility in all weather conditions,” explained Justin Hartenstein, Oracle Lighting director of development. “The Oculus headlight is compatible with both the standard and signature Bronco lighting models.”

These headlights include precision LED lighting projector for optimum light distribution and beam angle and installs using original mounting hardware and headlight wiring without requiring additional relays or harnesses. Halo is available in White or Amber LED and features more than 200 bright LEDs for a vivid lighting impact.

“These all-new headlamps provide enhanced driver visibility with increased and focused LED light output,” Hartenstein continued. “It features a high-precision sharp cut-off line which reduces glare and prevents blinding oncoming traffic even when installed on lifted Broncos. The package also includes a tool for easy beam angle adjustability.”

The new modular design allows separate components (turn signal, marker lights, and mounting tabs) to be installed independently and provides a smaller packaging size for lower shipping costs for the end user and prevents possible shipping damage. The modular design also allows for these individual components to be replaced or upgraded down the road when future options are available.

“It is undeniably important to implement proper thermal management tools for high-performance LEDs to operate with reliability in various environments,” Hartenstein explained. “Oculus utilizes both active and passive cooling methods to sustain low LED temperatures. Remote mounted heat sinks and an internal cooling fan work in conjunction to insure proper temperature control and longevity of the LEDs.”

Light focus is very important for not only driver safety but others on the road that can potentially have their vision obstructed by glare. This is especially significant on lifted vehicles where the light source is raised and, in a position, to interfere with the field of vision of other drivers. These new Oculus headlights feature a very sharp cut-off line and focus light with precision specifically to avoid such issues.
