The company was recently acquired by Gladstone Investment Corporation. Founder, Scott Whitaker has retired from Dynamat, but is assisting with the transition as a consultant.

Michael Good, an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and process management, has been named President of Dynamat. Michael is a long-time advocate of Dynamat and will bring a wealth of experience to the company. Michael will work closely with the team to ensure that Dynamat continues to assist their partners in growing their business and serving their customers.

Scott Whitaker retired from his role as President after 30 years of being an industry-leading innovator in a vertical market, that he created. Scott will remain engaged with Dynamat as a Consultant through February 2021. There will be more to come in the near future about Scott and the impact he has had on the industry.

LAS VEGAS, NV (11.06.2020) – Micah Boren has been with Cardoza and Company for a little over 1-year. The manufacturer rep had rooms booked far in advance at the Palms Palace Hotel and Spa in anticipation of the 2020 SEMA Show. When the show was cancelled at the LVCC, Boren called the hotel to cancel his room but found out it was non-refundable. Micah and his wife Gina decided to turn lemons into lemonade and make a trip out of it anyway and drive from Porterville, CA to Vegas and spend some time in Sin City since the room was already paid in full.

A week before the trip Boren contacted Robin McNeal, Nakamichi Car Audio National Sales Manager, and asked if they could meet up during his Vegas stay. Nakamichi is one of the many lines represented in Northern California by Cardoza and Company. McNeal, a resident of the Las Vegas, quickly agreed 100%.

McNeal and Boren met for a little over 3-hours and discussed customers in Boren’s central valley territory and some of the new products Nakamichi has coming to market. In particular they went over the new NSE-Series speaker line which is scheduled to deliver in early 2021.
