NEW YORK – March 3, 2025 – SiriusXM will offer listeners nationwide season-long coverage of the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES® season, starting with the season-opening Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding this Sunday, March 2 (coverage starting at 11:30 am ET).
SiriusXM subscribers will have access to the live call of every one of the 18 events on the INDYCAR calendar, including the 109th Running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, plus coverage of NTT INDYCAR SERIES qualifying and practice sessions.

INDYCAR fans can also tune in to the podcast “Off Track with Hinch & Rossi,” hosted by James Hinchcliffe and Alexander Rossi. New episodes of “Off Track with Hinch & Rossi” debut weekly and can be heard on the SiriusXM app and all major podcast platforms. The podcast will also air on race days on SiriusXM INDYCAR Nation.
Meyer Shank Racing (MSR) and SiriusXM will continue its sponsorship collaboration this season, showcasing SiriusXM channels on the track and merging the worlds of music and racing. MSR and SiriusXM will kick off the season featuring SiriusXM’s Octane (channel 37) – the channel for New Hard Rock – as well as multi-platinum rock band Shinedown displayed on the No. 60 SiriusXM Honda driven by Felix Rosenqvist for this week’s Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. Shinedown’s Zach Myers and Barry Kerch will also be at the track on race day, immersing themselves in the INDYCAR action and supporting MSR from the pit lane.
SiriusXM will be the primary sponsor on Rosenqvist’s No. 60 SiriusXM Honda and will be the co-title sponsor for Marcus Armstrong’s No. 66 SiriusXM / Root Insurance Honda. SiriusXM will also be featured on Helio Castroneves’ No. 06 Honda which will run in the Indianapolis 500 in May.
In addition to NTT INDYCAR SERIES races, SiriusXM will air INDY NXT by Firestone series races throughout the course of the season. The INDY NXT series features some of the world’s best young open-wheel drivers and has produced many of the stars in INDYCAR today.
12VOLT CENTRAL STUDIOS (03.01.25) The 12volt Spin-to-Win Wheel was created to bring an element of fun to the 12volt industry. The weekly 12volt Spin-To-Win Wheel is now spinning in Year 6.
The 12volt Spin-To-Win Wheel rolled for the 311th time on Friday morning on February 28st. The Wheel landed on the JBL space and the Speed Car Audio & Fabrication slip was drawn from the jar. An Instagram post of the winning spin slip was posted. A video of the Wheel spin was also posted.

DALLAS ,TX (02.28.25) – The Supercross Round 7 at AT&T Stadium was a terrific example of industry members working together. PowerBass is a sponsor of the Privateer Paddock that is on site at Supercross events across the US. Erik Harbour, PowerBass VP, contacted Tracy Farr at SSR Distributors in Dallas and Team Sales Tracy contacted Betty Albiter at local dealer SPEED Car Audio and Fabrication. As a result all were together on site at the SuperCross action at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Saturday, February 22nd.
On Saturday afternoon, there was a large number of exhibitors with tents in the AT&T stadium parking lot. In the large Private Paddock area PowerBass had section. A Powerbass model was in the booth along with SSR team members and SPEED Car Audio to showcase PowerBass products to attendees.

“Being in the PowerBass area and having a chance to connect with area consumers was terrific for us at Speed Car Audio and fabrication. We had handed out many business cards and spent time talking with attendees about PowerBass products that we could add to their vehicles. The racing on the track Saturday night was a wonderful experience for us. As soon as the store opened on Monday, we started getting phone calls also. All of us at our shop are truly appreciate for the opportunity to be on site with PowerBass and SSR” Benny Albiter related.

PORTLAND, OR (02.27.25) – The Oregon International Auto Show is the largest auto show in the Pacific Northwest. Stereo King was on site to show their latest products and builds and yo connect with members of the crowd, estimated at nearly 90,000, for the 4-Day run February 20th-23rd 2025 at the Oregon Convention Center.

“This was our 6th year to exhibit at the Oregon International Auto Show. We set our plan to showcase new in-vehicle upgrades and technologies to attendees and feel that turned out very well. Once again we were in the Garage area of the Oregon Convention Center and stood out in that area. Vehicles in our booth from Linkswell, Kenwood and Rydeen, along with Benchmark’s decked Mercedes Sprinter, were positioned to allow the attendees to see the features and understand benefits” Kevin Cornutt offered.

The Linkswell Truck stood out on the event floor. Walter and Jonathan Detlefson drove nearly 1000 miles from LA to connect with attendees. Live demos in the truck along with numerous active displays allowed people to really understand the multi-media possibilities Linkswell offers on BIG screens in the dash. This was the second year for Linkswell at the event. Rob Sutton, Crossover Marketing Group, orchestrated the details for Linkswell to showcase their products at the event with Kevin Cornutt.

Walter commented “This was a great opportunity to come work with Stereo King and talk with consumers about our products.”
The Benchmark Mercedes Sprinter was decked out for attendees to check out the interior.
Kenwood was onsite with a loaded Chevy Silverado that Kenwood’s Ryan Christie provided full demonstrations for attendees. Jeff Oliver, with Team Progressive, was in the house working with Ryan for demos and questions from attendees.
A Mercedes Sprinter was also in the Stereo King booth to show the upgrades for overlanding enthusiasts. Leland was in the Sprinter to show all the upgrades.

Rydeen Mobile offers a wide variety of upgrades for Teslas. Ruben Torres drove the loaded Rydeen Tesla Model Y up from LA. Area rep Mark Giovannetti drove down from Seattle to assist Ruben with demos of the wide variety of upgrades that included lighted door handles, swivel screen, a drop-down desk in the rear seat plus a refrigerator in the trunk… custom for a perfect fit. Many commented the Tesla was the hottest demo at the event. Working Tombo mirror models were also on tables in the booth.
During the event Cornutt recorded short walk-thru videos of the 4 vehicles noted above. “Those videos will be posted on social media to highlight new technologies and products to consumers. Stereo King has stores in Clackamas, Gresham, Aloha and Salem for professional sales and installation for area consumers. Also, we handed handed out hundreds and hundreds of business cards at the event. When a customer comes into a store with one of our cards we will offer an extra special discount on their purchase” Cornutt concluded.
When the event wrapped up on Sunday Kevin rolled out of the booth on the motorized scooter and getting ready for 2026.
