The 12volt Specialist Hosts ARC Audio In-House Training

MERRIMACK, NH (07.31.23) – On Thursday, July 27th, the 12volt Specialist hosted an in-house ARC Audio training presented by Brian Mitchell-ARC Audio National Sales Manager. The in-depth integration and DSP training was conducted with Mitchell’s personal Chevrolet pickup in the 12volt Specialist’s HQ installation bay.

L Phil Chartier, 12volt Specialist Principal stated “Brian Mitchell spoke to a full house at the 12volt Specialist’s second manufacturer sponsored training hosted in our new Merrimack office.”

Continuing “Dealers from New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts drove from as far away as 2 1/2 hours away for Brian’s integration and DSP training. Brian captivated the dealers and the scheduled 2 hour training wrapped up after nearly 4 hours with all the extra Q&A.”

Attendees viewed the tuning process in real time during Mitchell’s training session on large monitors mounted on the pickup bed…stand up ARC Audio graphics too.

JT Alexander from Capital Car Audio in Epsom NH stated “I really got a lot out of Brian’s sales and tech approach to presenting DSP to customers on the sales floor. We will certainly use it in our store.”

Mike Harootian with Audiomax in Wapole MA offered “DSP tuning is definitely a process. Brian’s ‘read, correct anf tune’ is a straight forward approach that works.”

The 12volt Specialist Harley system also features onboard DSP. ARC Audio motorcycle gear was displayed on the table.

Mitchell is on an extended road trip from the ARC Audio HQ in Modesto, CA. The journey is over 2600 miles one way to Merrimack NH as the crow flies. On the trip a trailer towing 2 competition vehicles was behind the Chevrolet pickup that competed in the recent 2023 Steel Valley Regional in Wheeling WVA.

The 12volt Specialist Hosts Northeastern Arc Audio Integration and DSP Training Sessions

MILFORD, CT (07.28.23) – On Tuesday, July 25th, the 12volt Specialist rep firm and Arc Audio hosted the Northeastern Arc Audio Integration and DSP Training at Speed of Sound Technologies in Milford CT. Brian Mitchell, Arc Audio National Sales Manager, conducted the session utilizing his amazing pickup truck studio that features large monitor screens mounted in the truck’s bed for presentations. Just this past weekend the vehicle participated in the Steel Valley Regional in Wheeling WV.

Brian Mitchell has the undivided attention of all during the Arc Audio presentation at Speed of Sound on Tuesday, July 25th.

Phil Chartier, 12volt Specialist firm principal, related “The training session definitely hit the mark. Milton Benevides, Speed of Sound Technologies owner, was kind enough to let us utilize his beautiful shop for the training session. The setup in the install bay had 18 attendees seated by Brian’s truck for the presentation. Following the presentation Arc Audio provided a delicious BBQ spread that all enjoyed.”

The large monitors mounted on the truck bed make it easy to grasp Mitchell’s Arc Audio DSP presentation.

In a phone conversation Milton Benevides commented “Everyone was totally focused on Brian’s presentation. The setup in his pickup is so hands-on and functional. No doubt dealers who attended the training, and I, will be prepared and ready to deliver the Arc Audio DSP experience to customers in our stores.”

The trailer loaded with 2 vehicles that were on the Steel Valley Regional XII event floor.

“Having Brian in the territory is terrific. At 12volt Specialist we opened our new office and training center in Merrimack NH very recently and on July 16th and 17th hosted our first DSP training session. Ken Ward presented the latest from Audison Forza DSP amplifiers to 18 dealers from the area who attended. Brian’s second Arc Audio training in the territory is scheduled in the 12volt Specialist HQ Thursday July 27th and we anticipate a solid turnout of dealers….stay tuned for more” Chartier stated.

The Speed of Sound showroom makes an amazing in-store impression with customers.

Brian Mitchell definitely is logging some miles from Arc Audio’s HQ in Modesto CA on the trip to participate at the Steel Valley Regional and trainings in the Northeast with Phil and the 12volt Specialist team. Siri says the trip is over 2500 miles one way.

The Arc Audio pickup is towing a trainer with two additional vehicles that were also on the event floor at the SVRXII in Wheeling WVA. Bet that adds up to lots of points on a gas card.

ARC Audio Dealer Open House Only 1 Week Away

MODESTO, CA (01.17.23) – ARC Audio’s open house event will take place this Saturday and Sunday January 21 and 22 FROM 10 AM – 4 PM. The open house will take place at ARC Audio Arc Audio – 4719 Greenleaf Ct, Modesto, CA 95356.

Scott Baughman, Reliable Product Marketing Principal, related “This is shaping up to be a great event for ARC Audio dealers in the area. It’s been a few years since we hosted an area open house at the ARC HQ. Dealers will see new products, catch up and do fun things like an amp toss plus enjoy special tacos. It will also be good to see the sunshine in California.”

Weather: The forecast as of today shows Saturday and Sunday to be sunny and dry!

Food:

Made to order tacos will be available for lunch around noon

Snacks and drinks will be offered throughout the day

Parking:

The plan is to use the ARC Audio parking lot to display cars, product and other things. This means that parking will be in the adjacent parking lot or on the street.

Saturday will have plenty of parking, Sunday however a church across the street will hold service and they will be sharing resources. Try to get there early.

Deals:

Chris, Brian, Brad and Lisa are pulling out all the stops and will have some amazing close out deals so bring a big car or truck to take full advantage. Shipping will be available (But not included).

Trainings:

There will be several rotating trainings. times will be loosely based on when people show up. But they promise you will get every opportunity to learn about any and all things ARC Audio. Just ask!

They are planning to do a DSP training, All Pass Filter Demonstration and a MPAK install overview and maybe more!

Steel Valley Regional XI Set for July 22 – 24

12VOLT CENTRAL STUDIOS (07.21.2022) –The HARV Arena at the Mountaineer Casino and Resort, in New Cumberland WV, will be the site of the 2022 Steel Valley Regional XI July 22rd thru 24th presented by ARC Audio.

“The excitement is really growing as we get closer to the event featuring MECA 4X, MECA 2X, IASCA 3X, EMMA3X and MASQ competitions. The HARV will be open Friday July 22nd at 1PM until 9 PM for staging and a day of Tweak n Tune. Competitors can also register for MECA 2X on Friday if interested for an additional $40. We are looking for a great event and will be excited to see competitors in the lanes with vendors and retailers set up to showcase their latest products in the HARV Arena for our SQL event,“ Larry Chijner related.

Continuing, Chijner stated, “The SVR features the Top 40 SQ Showdown where 6 judges will evaluate all the cars and rank them from 40th to 1st place. Prizes and Trophies will be presented to all who compete. Judges for this event are Harry Kimura (Head Judge), Brian Huston, Steve Tyler, Sharon Tyler, Steve Cornell and Curtis Helms. This is our 10th Anniversary Show and will be the biggest and best show ever!!

12volt companies planning to participate on site at the event include ARC Audio, Karma Audio, JL Audio , Italia Hi Fi, Focal, Mosconi, Gladen, Black Hole5, Illusion Audio, Dynaudio, Zapco, ESB, Audiowave Ltd, Accuton Automotive, Resonix, AAMP/Stinger, ART Technolgies, Audio Visions, Vibe Audio , Davis Distribution. US Acoustics, Stereo Installs, Erins Audio Corner, Vangaurd Designs and Audible Physics.

IASCA’s Travis Chin commented, “I’m looking forward to attending SVR XI and being part of the IASCA judging team. This event is one of a few on the East Coast that will prepare SQ competitors for the upcoming IASCA World Finals October 8th and 9th in Lebanon MO. There will be plenty of top sound quality vehicles to check out as they prepare for their runs at the 2022 Championship.”

IASCA Judges will be Travis Chin, Rusty Gregg and Keith Turner.

MECA Staff related “Larry Chijner’s SVR is a premier event on the MECA SQL schedule. This year we are bringing our enhanced 4X SQL program to the SVR with Arc Audio as Title Sponsor. Four of our top SQL judges will rate each system’s Sound Quality, individually, and scores are averaged for the most fair outcomes. Judges will give detailed notes for improvement leading to better scores for all MECA competitors. The MECA 4X events are designed to help prepare MECA competitors for our Finals event October Contests include 7 Sound Quality classes, 4 install classes, RTA Freq Out and two 2 seat (old School) SQ classes.”

MECA Judges scheduled for SVR are Richard Papasin (Head Meca Judge) , Mike Flanagan , Vinny Taylor and Julian Ridi. A big thanks to Larry, Klifton and Keith Turner for working to make this one of the highlights of the MECA season.”

EMMA USA Judges are Tom Meyers(Head Emma Judge), Ben Zimmerman, Mic Wallace and Jeff Smith). EMMA is in its second year in the US and is Europes number 1 Sound Quality Format. Competitors are lving the new and fresh SQ format Emma offers. MASQ Sound Quality Organization will also be at the event as another option for the competitors to participate in. Howard Cantor and judges also plan on attending.

Klifton Keplinger is Head Scoring Technician along with help from Lori Wallace. Charles Knight from Alegius Design is our website coordinator. Tony Pasquale will be there to help competitors prepare for the show along with tuning support and helping Larry with show coordination.
