Ed Nuttall, for Team Nutz, stated, “We anticipated a crowd approaching 40,000. The actual attendance was somewhat less but members of the crowd were really interested automotive consumers. We had literally over 10,000 swag items including pens, stickers, tote bags and lanyards to hand out to attendees. We also had a custom QR Code in play that we will use in additional ways to connect after the event with attendees in our booth.”

Auto Magic Professional Car Care products made this pickup shine after an Intensive detail session in the booth.
Rusty North invited attendees to check out the amazing Hertz Audison system in the End Result Volvo.

Continuing, Nuttall offered, “This year we created more interactive display experiences for attendees in our booth. From start to finish we wrapped a Team Nutz van, with attention grabbing custom graphics, and Ryan Davis did a super job. To show the quality of our Auto Magic car care products we polished an older model pickup truck and made it shine with Graphene coat. Also, we completed a Katzkin leather seat job for a Dodge Challenger. All of these activities got attendees interested and asking questions.

Race Sport Lighting Launches New RoadRunner Series Light Bars and Auxiliary Spotlights

RINGWOOD, IL (04.08.2021) – Race Sport Lighting is excited to announce the launch of their new RoadRunner series light bars and auxiliary spotlights. This slick Blacked Out light bar is not only slimmer and more appealing than most of the light bars on the marketplace, but the performance and compliance design features really set them apart.

Most high-power LED light bars are off-road use only because of their widespread optical beam patterns that do not comply for on-road use. The RoadRunner series was specifically designed with an optical system that keeps the extra light focused straight and to the sidewalk, focused down and low when recessed into a lower valance bumper or grill for fog style set up. These light bars improve the on-road driving performance on work vehicles that drive in remote areas without streetlights. This feature adds additional visual distance in low light conditions for more time to react to hazards.

“I am very excited to launch this exciting new RoadRunner series family of products. See page 31 in our new catalog for more” Steve Jergensen, President of Race Sport Lighting, stated.

The RoadRunner series also flaunts a new manufacturing style with screwless frame construction, creating the ultimate weatherproof seal. This series is also strategically designed with a heat transfer lens to make perimeter contact with a heat plate to keep ice from building up and refracting light in the harsh winter environments. This new technology allows the series to heat the face lens up to 30 degrees warmer than traditional light bars on the marketplace that cannot combat snow or ice buildup. The light bars range from 7” to 50” in the family and the series also features an auxiliary cube, spotlight and flush mount to complete the lineup.

“I am personally excited to launch this exciting new RoadRunner series family of products and look forward to continued growth in the light bar category with an influx of new, professional grade focused customers that will be looking to buy this high-performance light.”

– Steve Jergensen, President of Race Sport Lighting

“From an installer’s perspective, this RoadRunner light bar has it all. It’s slim, heavy-duty, bright, focused and functional for on and off-road use to make it a special bar for the marketplace. This has everything you want in a light bar, especially if you are looking for a bar that you can use on-road in a lower fog light setting.”

– Mac Gracia, Installation & Tech Support

The new RoadRunner series light Bars and auxiliary spotlights are in stock and shipping in all sizes out of their Northern Illinois warehouse. All distributors and dealers are encouraged to get this new technology in stock and experience what the excitement is about.

Oracle Lighting Announces Rear Bumper LED Reverse Lights for Jeep Gladiator JT

METAIRIE, LA (04.06.2021) – Oracle Lighting has launched the new Rear Bumper LED Reverse Lights for Jeep Gladiator JT (p/n 5878-504). Scheduled to release April 20, 2021, these new reverse lights have an MSRP of $149.95 per pair.

Unsatisfied with the visibility of your Jeep Gladiator reverse lighting when backing up at night? Then replace the factory bumper reflectors with high-output replacement auxiliary LED reverse lights from Oracle Lighting. This reverse light design seamlessly integrates into the bumper reflector area to provide more than 1,500 additional lumens when backing up in a Jeep Gladiator.

“We noticed a consensus of Gladiator owners who had the same problem…complaints of low visibility when backing up at night,” said Justin Hartenstein, Oracle Lighting director of development. “Many tried to supplement with auxiliary lights and light bars which just did not fit, had limited ground clearance, and just looked out-of-place. We immediately saw an opportunity to use our expertise to provide a functional integrated solution.”

Designed for function and durability, these lights feature an aluminum housing with PMMA lens while also maintaining the rear reflector function with a scaled-down version integrated into the housing.

These compact lights pack a big punch with a total of 30 high-powered LEDs to add additional lighting to improve your Jeep Gladiator reverse visibility. They come ready to install out of the box, ensuring that you will have rear visibility in your Jeep Gladiator when it matters. Installation uses factory mounting hardware, and these lights tie into the rear light wiring with the included T-taps or with the optional Plug-and-Play adapter (p/n 5881-504) for even easier installation.

Additional features and specifications include:

  • Connects to existing reverse light power source without error code
  • Integrated rear reflector for OE appearance and function
  • Total of 30 high-powered LEDs with 3,000 raw Lumen output
  • Aluminum housing with black powder coat finish
  • Optic-focused beam pattern for an extended field of view

MTX Audio Announces New Audio Kit For Can Am X3 Vehicles

PHOENIX, AZ (04.02.2021) – MTX Audio, of the MiTek Electronics and Communications Group, is announcing the introduction of all new audio kits and components to their lineup for select Can-Am Maverick X3 model vehicles. This new offering is building off the success of the Polaris RZR audio kits introduced last year and will be available for most 2017 and newer model vehicles.

The new components will consist of a low-profile dash mounting kit that works with our AWMC3 media receiver, fully assembled front upper and separate lower speaker enclosures as well as available driver and passenger loaded subwoofer enclosures.

The source unit mounting kit features the lowest profile of any on the market and mounts using existing factory mounting points. It retains full access to the factory fuse panel and does not interfere with any factory or aftermarket intrusion bars. The mounting shroud is factory color and texture matched for a seamless look and feel once installed.

The upper dash speakers incorporate a newly developed 4-inch coaxial driver with neodymium motor structure designed to deliver higher output and better clarity than standard off the shelf 4-inch speakers.  This is combined with a weather tight enclosure that fits to the upper dash panels and uses a Rider Aligned Acoustical Design (R.A.A.D.) that delivers more on-axis sound than other designs and features an integrated plug and play harness. Additionally, the design does not require additional brackets or major modification to the upper panels and fitment works with all factory and aftermarket roll cages which feature intrusion bars.

The lower kick panel enclosures use a 6.5-inch coaxial driver with integrated RGB lighting in a weathertight plug and play design.  The harness also integrates an expansion plug to easily add-on the upper dash speakers eliminating the need for extensive rewiring when adding them into the system. The Fully Adjustable, Single Tool (F.A.S.T.) mounting system uses powder coated machined billet aluminum clamps and is designed to give maximum fitment flexibility. This allows the installer to adjust the placement relative to the vehicles body panels eliminating gap issues and ensuring the best fit possible.

The sub enclosures consist of an industry first, high output 12-inch subwoofer in a sealed Slim Line Enclosure Design (S.L.E.D.) that mounts under the seats. The enclosures are down firing with integrated 300-watt shallow mount subwoofers and will not interfere with any of the vehicles high/low position seat adjustability for both factory and aftermarket seats. Installation is made easy with our One Tool Installation System (O.T.I.S.) which reduces the install time and complexity eliminating the need for multiple tools or vehicle modification. High density Neoprene foam has been applied to all contact points to eliminate panel rattles and an anti-vibration kit with installation tool is provided in the package.

Also being introduced are all new complete plug and play packages. These packages will be available in three, five, six or eight speaker layouts and all will incorporate 1000-watts of RMS amplifier power to drive them. They will be packaged with everything needed for installation including integrated audio and power harnesses as well as all necessary hardware. Installation of the kits requires minimal vehicle modification, and each individual component installs in an average of 5-15 minutes. Comprehensive installation videos will also be available for step-by step guided instruction showing the entire process, start to finish.

“Consumer expectations have risen and it’s not just about power and the number of speakers anymore. Consumers need to trust that the product sounds just as good with helmets on and the throttle pinned as it does while hanging around camp.” said Director of Sales and Marketing, Jason Fickas. “The level of thought and detail that has gone into these kits is unmatched in the industry both in performance and integration, and we’re anxious for our customers to see the results of combining the ground-up resources of MTX with a talented development team who just happen to be passionate enthusiasts as well.”

The new Can-Am X3 kits and components are slotted to start shipping in June and more details will follow soon. Be sure to follow us on social media or check out our website for more details as they develop.
