Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional phone support to customers
Troubleshoot installation and configuration for RDVFL products (CarPlay/Android Auto interfaces,
Tesla-style screens, etc.)
Manage incoming sales inquiries and assist customers in selecting the correct product for their vehicle
Maintain product knowledge across all RDVFL systems and accessories
Assist with order processing, returns, and warranty support
Collaborate with the RDVFL sales and technical team to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in automotive electronics, audio, or related field
Strong understanding of in-car technology (CarPlay, Android Auto, infotainment systems)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
Basic computer skills (email, CRM, excel, word)
Must be able to work on-site — this is not a remote or work-from-home position
