Wednesday was a travel day for the 229 mile drive from Houston to Dallas and along the way they stopped to see multiple dealers along the way.

Thursday morning Palumbo and Brinkley met with Tracy Farr whose office is in the Dallas facility. They finalized the plans for that evening’s training and all was set.

The dealer turnout was very strong for the Dallas AudioControl and Stinger meeting and everything got rolling with pizza and drinks. Dealer attendees were very engages and concentrated on Palumbo’s presentation. Following the training session Palumbo and Brinkley answered many more questions from attendees and the evening wrapped shortly before 10 PM.

Chris Brinkley‘s Chevy AudioControl demo was in the warehouse for live demos and spotlighting LED lighting.

Palumbo provided this recap on the trainings. “Chris and I had a great trip traveling throughout the Houston and Dallas areas. Both trainings, hosted by our partner SSR Distributors, were very well received. The impact on the SSR employees and local dealers were substantial and apparent. It’s always reassuring to see dealers, enthusiastic, excited, engaged and asking questions during trainings. These were in-depth training sessions with a lot of new product and tech tips being covered so there was truly something for everyone in attendance. Texas is such a crucial market for Singer and AudioControl… so I was thrilled to see both trainings packed. Chris is truly one of the best in the business and I look forward to my next visit to Texas, so we can continue to engage with and fully support our dealers and distributor partners.”

Tracy Farr and Matt Palumbo upfront during the Thursday evening, Dallas training session.

Farr related, “Our AudioControl and Stinger dealer training sessions were terrific. The Dallas session was an Epic success with our dealers that night provided with valuable information and sales strategies that reached new Altitude. We wanted to, and definitely did, get the word out on Epic and Altitude Amps since they were part of the trainings. It’s great to hear our dealers always ask when the next training is. On Friday I got phone calls and txt messages from dealers who were unhappy they missed the trainings. All really enjoyed the trainings and got a lot out of them. Comments we received were special request for more trainings and statements that ‘you guys did a great job’. SSR loves the compliments. And we are grateful for the support and loyal dealers we have at SSR along with our reps and vendor partners. A very large to AudioControl and Stinger.”
