Firstech Compustar Revamps Pro Dealer Program Ahead of Remote Start Season

SEATTLE, WA (09.20.24) – Firstech, leading maker of automotive remote start and security technologies, is announcing major updates to the Compustar Pro Dealer program. These updates include exclusive access to new Compustar Pro-branded products, more direct dealer benefits, and stronger enforcement of policies to protect the program.

Introduced in 2009, the Compustar Pro Dealer program was established by Firstech to offer the company’s top supporting retailers exclusive access to flagship products, like the Compustar Pro T13 remote start and security system. Compustar Pro-branded products are backed by a strict no-online selling policy (without installation) in order to provide participating dealers enhanced price protection from third-party marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay.

Heading into the 2024-2025 winter season, Compustar is introducing nine new remote start and security products to bolster the Compustar Pro product line. All remote kits and systems will include a companion remote and select products will be bundled with a Drone X2-LTE telematics module.

In addition to exclusive access to Compustar Pro products, participating dealers will enjoy priority technical support and extended 3-year warranties on Pro-branded products. Compustar Pro dealers will also have access to the company’s revenue sharing program, myFirstech Rewards.

  • Compustar Pro products are restricted from online selling without installation.
  • Compustar Pro dealers must adhere to Firstech’s minimum advertised pricing (MAP) pricing.
  • Sufficient floor and display space must be dedicated towards merchandising Compustar Pro products.
  • The entire Compustar Pro product line, including the new products, must be purchased and offered by Compustar Pro dealers.

Firstech’s new Compustar Pro Dealer program has already taken effect as of September 1, 2024 and the company expects to onboard all existing Pro dealers by September 30th, 2024.

KICKER Rolls in to the Sand Sports Super Show

STILLWATER, OK (09.19.24) – KICKERand its XRV (Xtreme Recreational Vehicle) will be the showpiece at the world’s biggest sand show – the Sand Sports Super Show (S4) at the Orange County (Calif.) Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa September 20-22.

Synergy Marketing Rode Out The Storm With MTX

Hurricane Francine interrupted their original travel plans with storms throughout the Gulf Coast and Southern Louisiana so David and Ceasar concentrated on the Houston and close by area.

During a stop at Jay’s Audio in Lake Charles LA Ceasar Olaes and David Toliver flank Abdul Bensadaat in the retailer’s well stocked showroom.

“Ceasar and I spent the week traveling Houston and western south Louisiana showing off the new Terminator and Upcoming Thunder Amplifiers to many Houston and South Louisiana Dealers plus Prospects” Toliver commented.

During the midweek stops they met with 15 dealers plus prospects. It was a very productive trip and they are ready to hit the road again in the future.

Team Nutz and Fuel Required ‘Rolled In Hot’ In Castle Shannon

CASTLE SHANNON, PA (09.17.24) – Saturday, September 14th was the day the car community gathered at the Castle Shannon Memorial Hall outside of Pittsburgh for a charity event to benefit the Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department. The event was filled with amazing cars, delicious food and awards plus several vendors on site and offering ticket auctions for prizes. The dunk tank was fun also and brought smiles from many.

“Saturday was a terrific day for us at Team Nutz and Fuel Required for the fundraiser. The combined activities helped raise over $6000 for the fire department. It was a great event for the car community and we gave away over 200 bags filled with giveaways, coupons, and discounts for all that entered the judging for classics at the event. We gave away over 60 auction baskets and it took us over three hours to give them all out. Connecting and growing all aspects of the car community is so important for the mobile electronics industry. Overall, it was just a great day” Ed Nuttall related.

All help raise over $6000 for the CSVFD. We recently learned that the CSVFD is self-funded and they are not funded by tax money or insurance money. In recent years, the funding opportunities were put on hold from the Covid lockdowns. Support from the car community, local businesses and neighbors are what helped keep them moving forward to protect the surrounding communities.
