Launching the YouTube Channel
The idea to create a YouTube channel came from recognizing the growing demand for content that our dealers could use to better connect with their customers. Sarah Taliani, our Marketing Communications Director, explains:

This move wasn’t just about keeping up with the latest digital trends; it was about ensuring our dealers had valuable tools at their fingertips, empowering them to connect more effectively with their audience.
Developing the Right Content
Creating the right content wasn’t an overnight process. According to Sarah, “Through years of trial and error, we’ve developed a variety of video formats that work best for our dealers. We’ve tested different approaches, always looking for what truly resonates with their day-to-day operations and the challenges they face in the field.”

This journey of experimentation led to a content lineup that includes quick product spotlights, insightful interviews through our Orange Couch Crush series, and valuable training videos. Each type of video is designed to meet the unique needs of our dealers and provide them with the information they need to perform their best.

“We want our videos to be tools that dealers can rely on,” Sarah adds. “But we also want them to enjoy the watching them. That’s why we always aim to keep the content entertaining, so it sticks and makes an impact.”
