AUSTIN, TX (12.22.23) – “The dBDRA would like to express its gratitude to all the participants who took part in the Annual Toys for Tots Drive 2023…the 76th event. We are extremely grateful for all the competitors who generously donated thousands of dollars worth of toys again this year” Celise Harris stated.
Melos Auto, Crossfire Car Audio and TN Bass Racers were 3 dBDRA members that hosted very successful Toys For Tots Drives in 2023.
Melos Auto in Sacramento CA had a terrific event with over 1000 enthusiasts on site for the day. “The weather was perfect and we had people come from afar…Reno and beyond. We had raffles, there were old cars, sound-off competitors and all enjoyed the food and giveaways. The Toys for Tots presents filled the area under the tent and around the store” Ann Melo related.
Crossfire Car Audio in Grapevine TX had their largest Toys For Tots Drive to date. Jeffery Fernandez offered “Our parking lot was packed with over 50 vehicles. Ronnie Priutt is a competitor who also helps a local school with car audio related projects. Students built a PowerWheels vehicle and showcased it on site. There were a lot of the school students on site and all look forward to doing more mobile electronics going forward. We are already looking forward to the dBDRA Toys For Tots Drive 2024.”
TN Bass Racers also had a Toys for Tots event that filled many large boxes with toys.
“We’d like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday season,” Celise and Wayne Harris concluded.
