The Nakamichi NDST500A is the company’s flagship all-in-one DSP boasting 12-channels—10 of which are amplified. The amplified Digital Signal Processor features 25 watts x 4 + 40 watts x 4 + 80 watts x 2 for a total of 420 watts of RMS power at 4-ohms (the two 80 watt channels can be bridged for a max of 300 watts peak into one channel). The NDST500A uses proprietary software that allows for system set up and tuning via PC or smartphone.
The NDST500A was designed from the ground up to be Hi-Res capable, while carrying on features from the NDS series of DSPs which include ease of installation with OEM or factory systems, Nakamichi head unit, or any other compatible brands of aftermarket head units.
