SALT LAKE CITY, UT (08.03.23) – Alpine hosted an Optim8 Roadshow Training at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Salt Lake City on Thursday, July 27th.The evening started with dinner and refreshments at 7PM and the training began at 7:30.

“We had a total of 47 participants attend the roadshow training. Most of the attendees were from the Salt Lake City area, however we had dealers attend that drove from as far as Boise, ID. Eric Brooks presented an in-depth presentation on the new Optim8 processor and its ability to tune a vehicle in under 5 minutes…after installation. This presentation took roughly 1.5 hours” Eric Baltzer, Santa Fe Territory Sales Manager, related.

The Optim8 training meeting filled the room at the Hampton Inn and Suites.

Continuing “Next, the attendees were exposed to two separate listening experiences. One Optim8 experience was in an Alpine equipped Ford F-150 (Alpine Corporate Vehicle) and the second Optim8 listening experience was in an Alpine equipped Lexus NX300 (Representative Vehicle). All attendees were able to audition both vehicles and had the ability to hear the difference between utilizing the DSP and listening to the vehicle with the DSP turned off. The results were substantially noticeable according to the participants.”

Attendees outside the Hampton Inn experienced live Optim8 in-vehicle demos.

In between the presentation and the listening experiences, Alpine offered an opportunity for the dealers to purchase the new Optim8 processor at a discounted rate. Also, all attendees were offered an aggressive accommodation price to help get the new processor in their personal vehicles. Both of these opportunities helped drive sales of over twenty units the day of the event.
