STILLWATER, OK (02.09.23) – KICKER adds full waterproofing, big power and greater installation flexibility with its new line of PXA-Series Amplifiers. Designed for Powersports but perfect for the trickiest installs, PXA-Series Amps are available for purchase at Authorized KICKER Dealers in-store and online. Soon to be introduced to the world on the KICKER UnMASKED! Live™ streamed show, PXA Amplifiers will retail for $399.99-$999.99 and are also available for purchase online at www.kicker.com.

Completely re-engineered from KICKER’s original Powersports line, PXA-Series Amplifiers are built to withstand the outdoors, ideal for UTVs or other space-challenged, off-road vehicles, and even rod and custom. Sealed bulkhead grommeting, gasketed joints and a waterproof control door allow the entire PXA line to earn both IP661 and IP672 certifications. These independently verified standards ensure every PXA amplifier is totally submersible and impervious to power washes.

Engineered in-house to be the ideal powersports amplifier line, PXA amps are made to get loud on the trails with one-Ohm stable mono outputs (sub channels) and high-efficiency Class-D technology. Trail bosses can choose between 300 or 600 watts of mono power for bass (PXA300.1 and PXA600.1), and then a 400-watt, four-channel PXA for mids and highs (PXA400.4). PXA multi-channel amplifiers deliver the same power at two or four-ohm loads, offering wiring flexibility without sacrificing power. Finally, the PXA1000.5 full-system amplifier delivers up to 1,400 watts of dynamic power3 which includes a subwoofer channel. To control the sub output, an optional CXARC bass-level remote can be added (sold separately). The CXARC remote can also be used with any PXA.1 amplifier.

Perfect for any environment, PXA Amplifiers include no-rust, stainless-steel mounting hardware and a pair of shielded, in-line couplers for power and ground – no soldering or crimping needed. The amplifiers utilize high- or low-level preamp input, variable input gain adjustment and two auto turn-on modes (DC offset or 12-volt trigger).
