Available for 2007-current MB Sprinter vans, including long (50401) and short (50400) wheel base Hi Cube models, the custom kits install quickly and easily and provide precise coverage where needed.
“Sprinter Van Custom Cut Insulation Kits take the guesswork out of creating a cool, quiet, comfortable interior in your Sprinter van,” says Mike Buca of DEI. “Each piece is created from 3D scans of Sprinter van interiors and then CNC-cut for a perfect fit for each specific application area.”
The kits include DEI’s 30mm-thick D-Mat insulation material that controls heat and cold while absorbing noise, and additional kits include Boom Mat damping material that eliminates squeaks and rattles, and spray adhesive to complete the installation.
