HOLLY HILL, FL (09.25.2020) – Metra Electronics is shipping two new dash kits, the 107-TO1HG and 108-TO6HG, designed for Toyota RAV4 2019 and up* models. The new RAV4 dashboards do not have space to fit a standard aftermarket Single-DIN or Double-DIN sized radio provision, so Metra has developed two unique solutions for either a 6.8” to 7” screen or Pioneer’s 8” modular receivers.
The 107-TO1HG is part of the new 107 Series of dash kits designed for radios which have an “L” shaped chassis design with the radio chassis at the bottom of the screen. These kits feature a patent-pending design to work with receivers like the Alpine iLX-207, with special brackets included for installation of the Pioneer DMH-C2550NEX and DMH-C2500NEX 6.8” touchscreen in-dash receivers**.
The second kit, the 108-TO6HG, is designed specifically for Pioneer’s Modular Solutions 8” radios, like the DMH-C5500NEX 8-inch touchscreen in-dash receiver**.
