We are now doing a couple a month and the owners are not looking for a basic deck and a couple of speakers.”

Real Audio sponsored a successful Toy Jeep raffle to benefit Blayke who is a young girl battling cancer.

“Certainly the ride through the streets of Erie was a highlight of the event filled weekend. To see 40 or more SlingShots driving single file stretching over the top of the next hill was very cool. Over the course of the event connecting with enthusiasts and having them see products and projects at the store was very positive. Seems when people come into the store they will see something they didn’t know was available” Klaus commented.

Those who came had a chance to check out our new facility and spend time in the showroom seeing new products on display. In addition, we had a food truck for all to enjoy plus my Mother made desserts. People also checked out some crazy stereo builds. Davis Distribution had their Sony Jeep demo outside for all to check out along with some give aways.”

Kyle Kaulis cut the Grand Opening ribbon on Sunday surrounded by family and friends.
Attendees gathered around the sales counter in the showroom.

The new facility is 7400 sq ft and the large installation bay area has room for 9 vehicles plus 3 bikes. The large parking lot will be ideal for car shows and future events that Real Audio will host.

Real Audio opened in 2015 and today has a tight knit group of 6 employees including Rich Gruver, Chuck Snider, Jeremy Gross, DJ Rammelt Wes Barret, Reid Kaulis and Pedro along with Kyle Kaulis.

Kaulis added “All of this came about fairly quickly. We had been working out of 2 locations…one being mostly for sales with same day installs and the other for longer-term custom installations. The building owner of the installation location wanted his building back. So we completed all of this in 2 weeks that would have normally taken probably 2 months. We still have fine tuning and showroom touches to complete. But we open and excited to be in our new location.”

Eye-catching signage and lighting gathers attention at night.

“We certainly thank our friends who traveled from out of town to attend our Grand Opening plus our staff, friends and family who contributed to the success of our Grand Opening” Kaulis concluded.

Real Audio Grabs Attention on Social Media with Striking Image Posts

ERIE, PA (10.14.2020) – This recent Real Audio image post on Instagram certainly grabbed attention at The 12volt News. The old saying “A Picture Is Worth A 1000 Words” is certainly true in this case and prompted a call to Kyle Kaulis at Real Audio in Erie PA.

This Denali makeover jumps off the screen as followers check out social media.

“That Denali got a real makeover. The crew crushed it with this job. Rock lights, rim lights, new carpet, complete new stereo system and reverse camera. The installation was finished late and that was a great opportunity for an image of the vehicle parked in front of the store. The Real Audio store, which lights up at night, was just perfect to highlight the Denali job” Kaulis related.

This Classic Chevy is positioned to show the Real Audio location too.

The story about how the Denali job came about it also very interesting.

“We were demoing a big motorcycle job in the parking lot and the Denali stopped at the traffic light. The driver heard the bike and pulled around to the store. He was so impressed with the system on the bike he asked about a system in his Denali once he had it detailed. We started to talk and soon we struck a deal to put all new carpet in his ride plus a complete stereo system, the lighting package and reverse camera” Kaulis stated.

Highlighting bike builds is driving business.

The system in the Denali featured SounDigital and Ground Zero amps and speakers with a Sony receiver. Race Sport Lighting put a spotlight on the Denali.

Over the past year motorcycle work has grown tremendously at Real Audio. Kaulis is a bike enthusiast and has traveled to bike events in New Jersey, Georgia and Florida. Contacts at those events has resulted in bikes being trucked to Erie for big installations. Recently a second location was leased for motorcycle installations.

Another bike build that grabbed attention.

The Real Audio store is located on a corner of a busy Erie street. Graphics on the building attract attention during the day and neon lights up the store at night.
