The 12volt Spin-to-Win Wheel was created to bring an element of fun to the 12volt industry. The weekly 12volt Spin-To-Win Wheel is now spinning in Year 4.

The 12volt Spin-To-Win Wheel rolled for 191st time on Friday morning August 12th. The Wheel landed on the Alphasonik space and the Audio Electronics slip was drawn from the jar. An Instagram post of the winning slip was posted. A video of the wheel spin was also posted.

Stereo King at DuneFest 2022 Blasted with New Rockford Fosgate 10” Tower Speakers

WINCHESTER BAY, OR (08.10.22) – DuneFest is billed as ‘The most fun a family can have in the sand’ by the Reedsport / Winchester Bay Chamber of Commerce. With activities including Drag Strip, Show & Shine, Treasure Hunts, Night Rides, Live Concerts and time on the dunes there was a lot of fun at DuneFest 2022. Over 50 exhibitors were on vendor row to show their latest products to enthusiasts on the Dunes of Winchester Bay, OR.

Stereo King was set up under Rockford Fosgate tents with tables packed with products and set for demos with installation too.

Stereo King had plenty of fun set up at DuneFest 2022 with multiple tents, demo vehicles and a big crew that made onsite sales and installations of gear for UTV enthusiasts at the event. Several area enthusiasts brought their UTV’s to Stereo King locations for installs in late July so they would be rockin’ tunes on the dunes.

“Overall the event was great. We just received and sold quite a few of the new Rockford Fosgate 10” Tower Speakers. Stage Kits were installed too and worked closely with Rugged Radio to get their systems installed plus we met a ton of great people. The weather was perfect all week and the Stereo King team had a great DuneFest 2022” Kevin Cornutt, Stereo King GM, related.

The Stereo King crew on site this year included Kevin Cornutt, Bethany Cornutt, Anthony Galster, Scotty Miles, Corey Osterhousdt, Jason ‘Fro’ Opzeeland, Ryan Menham, Jeff Hastings and Alec Osterhousdt. In the evenings the team eased down the road for lodging.

“Throughout the week we were busy almost nonstop. Often we had 6 or 8 vehicles in our bays at one time. We were installing Rockford Fosgate 10” Tower Speakers, Stage Kits, LED whips and more” Scotty Miles, who supplied a series of image, stated.

“It was a great DuneFest. We are all very happy with the outcome and look forward to next year,” Cornutt concluded..

Brad’s Car Tunes Was Livin’ Loud at DuneFest 2022

WINCHESTER BAY, OR (08.09.22) – Brad’s Car Tunes rolled onto Vendor Row at DuneFest 2022 on Monday, August 1st. The RAM pickup pulled a trailer loaded with the demo RZR, tent, inventory and booth supplies from the 90+ mile trip from Brad’s Car Tunes in Eugene OR. Lorin Morrell, Maddog_Media, rolled into the vendor area pulling a trailer filled with a KICKER RZR, tents, banners and supplies. DuneFest 2022 filled the Winchester Bay dunes from August 1st thru August 7th.

When DuneFest 2022 opened the Brad’s Car Tunes Booth was ready to be Livin’Loud.

KICKER was on hand supporting longtime DuneFest sponsor and authorized KICKER dealer Brad’s Car Tunes. DuneFest is packed with family fun experiences. The official show program stated ‘DuneFest is the most fun a family can have in the sand’. Activities at DuneFest 2022 proved that to be true again in 2022.

Brad’s Car Tunes was set up in a large area on vendor row with multiple tents, KICKER Marine display plus demo vehicles for sales presentations and onsite installations. The Brad’s Car Tunes Jeep Gladiator and Polaris RZR were joined with the KICKER RZR. Demo vehicles were Livin’ Loud loaded with KICKER gear. Brad’s Car Tunes staff members included 2 sales and 2 installation techs along with owner Brad Scott. In addition Dave Gates from Falcon Sales worked the booth during DuneFest.

The Brad’s Car Tunes in the vendor area was action central at DuneFest 2022.

Brad Scott, Brad’s Car Tunes, stated “DuneFest 2022 was a strong event but sales and installations were down a bit from last year. On many occasions we would have 4 or 5 UTV’s getting installations in our area at one time. We definitely look forward to DuneFest 2023 next August.”

The installation area was set up for multiple installs each day.

Morrell stated “DuneFest is always such an exciting event. 2022 was my 14th year to attend DuneFest and watch it grow over the years to the point of over 20,000 in attendance and thousands of UTVs. Working with the event announcers and good friends, we could all feel the excitement and enthusiasm from all on site. The placed a ton of KICKER banners around the venue and on ramps. Brad’s Car Tunes saw the KICKER PowerBars as hot sellers. In addition they sold and installed multiple complete systems each day. Having dinner and time with the Brad’s crew one night added to the overall DuneFest 2022 experience.”

Long-jump contests, treasure hunt and multiple races across the dunes offered riders plenty to try from sunup until sundown. When the evening set in there were night rides plus live music on Friday and Saturday nights. On the sold out campgrounds there were acres and acres of RV’s and campers.

The Atlantic City Truck Meet and DS18 Packed Bader Field

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (08.05.22) – Attendance at the 2-Day, July 30th and 31st, Atlantic City Truck Meet was a reported 20,000+. Over 2000 trucks and 300+ booth vehicles filled the grounds.

DS18 was right in the middle of the action with a booth that included multiple DS18 demo vehicles and tents plus the 40’ rolling DS18 showroom. Overall, the booth filled a football field. In the booth Mr DS18 and the team showed all at DS18 “We Like It Loud.”

The Atlantic City Truck Meet capped a DS18 journey that stretched nearly 3 weeks. The first stop was the Summer Truckin’ Nationals at AT&T Stadium in Dallas TX July 15th-17th. The next stop was a swing to the south for activities in Houston.

Following a weekend in Times Square, the morning of July 25th,  DS18 was in the Big Apple making a sales call with distributor Unique Auto Sound and dealers in the Big Apple including Avenue Sound’ s 2 locations and Proline Car Stereo. Keep in hind it is 1600 miles from Houston to New York.

As the week’s end approached the DS18 team was headed to Atlantic City for the 2-Day Truck Meet at Bader Field. That intense 2 days was followed by the trip back to DS18 HQ in South Miami Gardens FL.

Overall the DS18 Team traveled nearly 5000 miles pulling trailers behind multiple vehicles.

DS18 certainly showed many thousands of enthusiast at DS18 “We Like It Loud” during the grueling trip described above.

KENWOOD Exhibits Motorsports Action Cam System at Sturgis

LONG BEACH, CA (08.04.22) – KENWOOD USA announced it will be exhibiting its STZ-RF200WD Motorcycle/Motorsports Action Camera Recording System at the 2022 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The STZ-RF200WD will be available for sale and installation at KENWOOD’s tent in the vendor section at Black Hills Harley-Davidson, known as “The Rally at Exit 55,” August 3rd-13th.

Importel Ltd. Purchases the Working Assets of BB Distribution Ltd.

TORONTO, ON (08.01.22) – In a move to increase its national presence, Importel Ltd. is excited to announce the acquisition of BB Distribution Ltd.’s working assets. This acquisition will strengthen the reach of Importel Ltd. with the creation of Importel West and Importel East. This will result in a wider offering of products, reduced transit times and the addition of an already greatly established team in Western Canada.

During this transition, existing BB Distribution customers will not require any immediate changes made to their ordering process. All orders submitted through BB Distribution (Importel West) will continue to be processed

via email, website orders and by phone. All account balances that are currently owing BB Distribution Ltd. (o/a BB Distribution) as of Aug 1st, 2022, will now be paid to Importel Ltd. There will be additional communication with more details to follow in the coming days.

Effective immediately, the BB Distribution warehouse in Oakville is closed and the inventory will be transferred to the Importel East warehouse. During the transition period, BB Distribution exclusive brands will be processed via the Importel West (BB Distribution) facility in Alberta. Until the move is completed, for the customers located in Ontario, the BB Distribution exclusive brands will be unavailable for pick-up. Please anticipate transit times from the Importel West warehouse to your location accordingly. Importel Ltd. will be working quickly and diligently to ensure that this situation is only temporary.

For existing BB Distribution customers, who do not have an account or login with Importel Ltd., please request a web account at importel.com by selecting CREATE AN ACCOUNT at the top right of the page, or by clicking here: CREATE AN ACCOUNT to ensure a seamless transition.

In cases where there is an existing account with Importel Ltd. there will be no further action required.
