TAMPA, FL (07.25.24) – Florida International Audio Expo is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership between three popular car audio entities—IASCA Worldwide, Florida Sound Quality, and SQOLOGY—to provide a car audio showcase that will include an invitational sound-quality competition, demonstrations, and seminars. The 2025 FIAE show will take place Friday–Sunday, February 21–23, 2025, at the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel.

HOOD RIVER, OR (07.24.24) – On Saturday July 20th the Car Stereo Specialist family welcomed all across the Hood River community the company’s store to celebrate their 26th Anniversary. Tents were setup in front of the store by the busy roadway and products were stacked high with great specials.
Ricardo and Martha Solorio, along with family members, drive business at the store that includes car audio, security, lighting, installation, fabrication and vinyl wraps services. The Hood River town of 8000 is in a rural area about 100 miles from Portland.

Ricardo related “We made social media posts to draw attendion to our tent sale and told customers about the event in the days before. Our store is located on a main road and the tents and products stacked out front really drew attention. Through the day Saturday we had good traffic in the store and saw many old customers. We offered great deals along with giveaways that included T’s, window tint and remote starts. In addtion we had tents setup along side the building with tables for people to enjoy burgers and hot dogs from the grille along with refreshments.”

During the company’s 26 years there have been many changes in automotive aftermarket vehicle upgrades and Ricado has atrended many trade shows. Recently he attended the Falcon Dealer Show in Washougal WA where he saw a wide selection of brands. While networking there he met Rob Sutton with the Crossover Marketing Group. During their conversations he mentioned his upcoming 26th Anniversary Sale and Sutton made a date to attend the Anniversary Tent Sale.
Ricardo commented “I was very happy to hear that and we were so happy to see Rob and his son Sam at our event. They were a great help and spent a lot of time with customers. GALLUP, NM (07.22.24) – The KICKER AMA ArenaCross rocked the amazing Red Rock Park Arena in Gallup NM on Friday and Saturday evenings, July 19th and 20th.
At the event KICKER was definitely ‘Livin’Loud’ as were the riders flyin’ high and making the tight turns on the track. KICKER was set up with a tent at the entryway with many products showcased for attendees. KICKER Audio, Powersports and Lifestyle products were on display. Maddog Media with Lorin Morrell orchestrated KICKER’s activities at the event.

The KICKER RZR connected with attention along side the track.
“The Red Rock Park Arena was once again an amazing venue. Crews set up the track with tight turns and jumps so the rider’s skills were tested to the limit. The KICKER RZR was Livin’Loud circling the track with ladies engaging members of the crowd trackside.” Morrell stated.
Continuing “We also showed a number of KICKER PowerSports products, including SoundBars and Tower Speakers, to enthusiasts. Under the tent the KICKER Lifestyle products grabbed attention with the Bullfrog drawing attention. Several people told me they have KICKER installed in their rides and how happy they are with the KICKER performance.” Morrell added.

TULSA, OK (07.18.24) – The SONY ES Mobile Demo Days dealer support events continued with Car Toys Tulsa on Saturday, July 13. In-vehicle demos of SONY‘s latest Mobile ES products in the Toyota Tacoma pickup were featured along with prizes and giveaways. In the store, the Car Toys Tulsa team members also offered special SONY Mobile ES sales promotions.

“Having Richard and the SONY Tacoma demo truck parked in front of our store doing demos for customers through the day was terrific. We utilized a graphic SONY supplied for social media posts to let people know about coming to the event. Over two dozen people specifically responded to the event. In addition, normal store traffic through the day added to the people who sat in the Sony demo truck to experience the latest Sony products stated” Mark Adams, Car Toys Tulsa Store Manager, related.

The Jeep Invasion activities got off to a disruptive start as remains of Hurricane Beryl traveled from south Texas through the northeast with wind and heavy rain. On Friday morning all were directed to leave the beach as severe weather approached.
Jeeps were set up in the booth for demos and sales presentations.
In addition to the vendor booth, Alpine also had an installation bay, powered by Tampa-based Alpine Authorized Retailer Soundwaves. Jeepers could drive home with their Alpine purchase installed. The installation space was located directly next to the Alpine booth space in Install Alley.
Small ducks are standard giveaways at Jeep events and this inflatable duck took it to a new level.
Alpine showcased two loaded 2018 Jeep Wranglers in their booth. In addition a 2015 Jeep Wrangler was on-site outfitted with Jeep specific solutions designed for older model Jeeps.
The Soundwaves Tampa crew stayed busy with full install bays during the event.
Better weather started the day on Saturday as the large Alpine staff, Opus Marketing team members and the Soundwaves Tampa crew assisted Jeepers with demos, sales and installations. DOW Technologies had a team on site that provided logistical support with a large truck filled with Alpine inventory. The Soundwaves Tampa crew traveled from Tampa FL, 1100 miles to Wildwood, pulling a trailer filled with tools and supplies to complete the many on-site installations for Jeepers attending the 2024 Jeep Invasion.
