Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to
manage and grow an established account base within Southern California. We also
cover Arizona and Southern Nevada. This role is responsible for increasing sales,
developing new business, supporting dealers with product training, and ensuring strong
brand representation in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing dealer accounts within the assigned territory
- Prospect and open new retail and installation partners
- Present and sell product lines, promotions, and programs
- Conduct in-store training and product demonstrations
- Assist dealers with merchandising, inventory planning, and marketing support
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market feedback on trends, competitor activity, and opportunities
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings
- Maintain CRM records and sales reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (12V, car audio, consumer electronics, or
- related industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of car audio brands, installation practices, and retail channel

- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel regularly within territory
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred
- Existing relationships within the 12V or specialty retail channel
- Experience working with distributors or manufacturers
- CRM proficiency
- Passion for car audio and automotive technology
- Bilingual (Spanish)
