New Feature: Standalone Starter-Kill Support for VIPER and DIRECTED SMARTSTART DSM550/VSM550
VIPER and DIRECTED SMARTSTART systems have long supported Starter-Kill when paired with compatible security systems such as the 3108V, 5908V, or DS4. However, with this latest update, Starter-Kill functionality can now be activated in standalone configurations of the VSM550 and DSM550, providing a critical new layer of theft deterrence—even for vehicles without a full security system installed.
