ZyClear™ delivers a user-applied, high-performance clear coat that protects wheel surfaces from brake dust adhesion, UV degradation, and corrosive road debris. Optimized for use on aluminum, magnesium, and other forged alloy surfaces and powder coated wheels, the product offers professional-grade protection in a DIY-accessible format.

Forgeline will offer the ZyClear Wheel Clear Coat Application Kit through its website and authorized dealer network. The clear coat formulation is based on ZyCoat’s proprietary technology originally developed for thermal dissipation coatings in motorsports and high performance sectors.
“We lab tested it and proved that it works extremely well,” says Forgeline President Dave Schardt. “We need a way to protect aluminum from road chemicals, especially for raw polished aluminum parts that are more vulnerable to oxidation.
