BIRMINGHAM, AL (10.15.24) – IASCA Worldwide rolled the 2024 IASCA World Finals for both SPL and Sound Quality into the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Center in Birmingham AL. Saturday and Sunday, October 12th and 13th, were the dates for the 35th IASCA World Finals Car Audio Championship.
Sound Quality competition took place in the East Hall of the B.J.C.C. along with EMMA USA and MASQ, and SPL. Competition took place for ISPLL in the North Hall.


“Our 2024 event followed the success of our 2023 Finals” stated IASCA President Travis Chin. “The venue offers so much more and the response we received from the competitors in Birmingham was so positive, we’re already looking for 2025.”


The Musway KIA, with Joseph Norton behind the wheel, has been traveking down the East Coast with RPM making stops at dealers and worked time in on the Car Audio Championship event floor. “The Car Audio Championshipwas a terrific event as we did demo after demo on both Saturday and Sunday. All were every impressed the the Musway system in the KIA. In fact, we had dealers commit to adding our line to their store’s line up at the event” Norton offered.


Local Tint World in Birmingham set up a booth on the event floor to connnect with local consumers and network with other competitors. “We had a super setup for some of our hot project bikes and a Slingshot adjacent to out tent. Everyone at the event certainly had a great time showing off their rides and listening to music” Rex Rice commented.
Longtime competitor Mel Valadez rolled the 700 miles from Fort Worth TX to compete with his new red VW ride and grabbed eyeballs with the Halloween inflatables on top of his VW…now known as the ‘Grim Reaper’. He also grabbed ears with the system. “Really had a super time connecting with fellow competitors. There were many dedicated competitors here. Michigan and Indiania is a longer way that Ft Worth. Several from Arkansas in addition to the local competitors added to the fun. Looking forward to the 2025 event” Valadez offered.


“We had an excellent 35th Anniversary World Finals event in both Salem and Birmingham. We’ve already met with venue officials for possible dates for 2025. We offer a big thank you to all our staff and supporters…especially our event and award sponsors” Chin concluded.
