IASCA Is Gearing For A Very Busy 2024

EAST WENATCHEE WA (04.05.24) – IASCA Worldwide hosted Advanced Judges seminars and Judges trainings, along with SQ events in Oklahoma and Texas, the first weekends in March. “Our focus was Sound Quality and providing our judges with the training to score competitors equally across the board” IASCA President Travis Chin stated.

A Judges training session was held at the Italia HiFi HQ in Dallas the weekend of March 8th. A 2X EQ event was held the following day with judges, potential judges and enthusiasts traveling great distances for the trainings and competition.

In vehicle SQ listening auditions took place at the Italia Hi/Fi HQ.

The following weekend, March 15th, IASCA Worldwide hosted an Advanced SQ Judges Training Seminar at Mobile Soundstage Engineering in Bixby, OK, followed by a 3X SQ event the following day. Mark Eldridge related “It’s all about the music and setting the stage for sound quality is our mission. It was terrific to see Travis again and host another IASCA Judges training event and SQ event. Everyone in the sessions was totally engaged and excited about the upcoming season.”

“Turnout at both events were great. Ensuring the high standards of sound quality judging is uppermost for IASCA. We strive to continue to offer the same level of judging and competition we have offered for the last 35 years so competitors get the value they deserve” Chin concluded.
