Wāvtech is going places and we are looking for support staff to come on the journey with us.
Location: Avondale, AZ (Greater Phoenix Area)
The Position: Provide customer support by way of both inbound and outbound communications, with the goal of increasing overall company sales.
Responsibilities:
· Support new and existing customers, as well as our outside sales representatives
· Make telephone calls to our dealers in support of their business
· Take inbound customer service and technical support calls
· Develop relationships with both new and existing customers
· Attend industry specific trade shows and events
Required Experience:
· Strong communication skills
· Some experience in 12V industry
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Willingness to take on new challenges
