Car Toys Tulsa Riding High on Motorcycle Business

TULSA, OK (09.17.2021) – The motorcycle category continues to grow across the 12volt industry. Car Toys Tulsa grabbed a seat and is riding high in the 2-wheel market. Over the last few months Car Toys Tulsa added fuel to their motorcycle business with a series of monthly evening events that culminated at the Crude RoundUp 2021 event that was held Saturday, September 11th at the Exchange Center at Expo Square in Tulsa.

Charles Stewart, Car Toys Tulsa owner, related, “Our bike business are really been strong this year. The monthly events at Uncle Bentley’s Pub and Grill put our brand in front of dozens and dozens of bikers at each event. At each event we were set up under a Rockford tent with a demo bike which provided a great setting to talk with bikers. All of that led up to the Crude Roundup last Saturday. Another event that put the Car Toys Tulsa brand in front of a big biker crowd that led to sales.”

To handle the increase in bike sales Car Toys Tulsa added a bike lift in the installation bay to make a more efficient work setting for bike motorcycle tech Bret Bisel.

At the Crude Roundup Car Toys was a sponsor and had a busy booth on the show floor with additional branding around the Exchange Center with banners. At the event the Car Toys Tulsa team of 3 made sales and did onsite installations.

“At the Crude Roundup there were hundreds of bikes on the floor. Rockford Fosgate is a major brand for us and we were able to show, and demo, their new motorcycle subwoofer kit that we just received at the store. In fact we sold and installed one in our booth at the show. We actually made 3 or 4 bike system sales at the event and snagged some strong leads that will certainly lead to more sales,” Steward added.

The monthly evening events at Uncle Bentleys began in March and will wrap next month for 2021. KMOD Radio was onsite at the Uncle Bentleys Pub and Grill with a vehicle that carried a large Car Toys Tulsa logo on the rear window.

Concluding, Stewart stated, “Oklahoma is on college football. We continue to put our brand in front of the audience in Tulsa and the area with a TV schedule on the local FOX station. All of this will keep our sales rev’ed going forward.”
