SANFORD, ME (07.27.2021) – The cloudy sky early Sunday morning, July 25th, did not deter a big crowd from attending the 25th Annual Sanford Sound Show N’ Shine.

“We were mobbed. This was the busiest we have ever been for our Annual Show N’ Shine. We counted the entry registration slips and had 180 cars plus there were 60 entries in the NADBL Bass Competition. This was the first year to hold the Show N’ Shine at our new Sanford Sound location and we used it all,” Owner Jack Bogard related.

Tents were set up for demos with JL Audio showing a Genesis and Memphis showcasing the Sanford Sound RZR loaded with Memphis PowerSports products. Bill French was on site representing JL Audio while Chad Boone demoed the RZR under the Memphis tent. Both handed out brochures and giveaways. The Memphis Audio sunglasses were a favorite.
The schedule for the day also included the introduction of Ms Sanford Sound Nakia and Hoot Dawgs for all to enjoy.

“We also had clubs attend the Show N’ Shine in big numbers. Team Motivated had 30 cars on site and Team Dragon had 25 cars on site. Also, we had a number of cars all the way from Massachusetts” Bogard added.
There was an amazing number of custom trophies made and set up for all to see. Memphis Audio, with Chad Boone, participated as a trophy sponsor.

Concluding, Bogard offered, “A really big thing for us at Sanford Sound at the event was seeing all the happy, smiling faces. Members of the crowd were showing their rides and checking out other’s rides. Long term that will lead to residual business for us at Sanford Sound.”

Sanford Sound Team members working the event included Andrew Lockhart, Kevin O’Malley, Bill Pickering, April and Zach Zeirhoff, Nathan and Farah Lehoux, Matthew Horr and Nakia as Ms Sanford Sound. In addition Bogard family members wife Christine, daughter Ashley (as Mrs Gorham in the Mrs Maine Pageant) along with her husband Ryan and son Maxon joined Jack working the event. Following the event members of the Sanford Sound Team enjoyed a delicious dinner meal.
