The 12volt Spin-To-Win Wheel rolled for the 351st time on Friday morning on December 19th. The Wheel landed on the MASSIVE AUDIO space and the J&A Electronics slip was drawn from the jar. An Instagram post of the winning spin slip was posted. A video of the Wheel spin was also posted.

We reached out to the winning retailer in Homestead and the owner JC Arellano answered the phone. JC was thrilled to hear the news. He had recently installed MASSIVE AUDIO speakers and really likes the brand. We will contact John Velez at MASSIVE Audio to get the prize ball rolling.

Another Record Breaking Online Shopping Weekend

SHREVEPORT LA (12.02.25) The Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday Trifecta wrapped the Thanksgiving Holiday season 2025 and kicked off December. Reports are Black Friday online sales approached a 10% increase over 2024.

Santa‘s Sleigh passing Ricky Smith’s Audio in the South College Center in Lafayette, LA on Saturday.

Many proactive companies across the 12volt industry made social media posts to put their messages, names and brands in front of consumers and followers to compete with all the online activity driven by Amazon, Walmart, Target and other big box retailers.

Ken’s AV made this post to let followers in Macon GA know they were open with Small Business Saturday specials.

An interesting statistic revealed orders placed by smartphones were over 60% of the total which is an expanding increase over previous years. Overall activity for Black Friday with 12volt retailers appears to be down slightly over 2024.

A notable exception again was Outrageous Audio in Portland OR as customers were lined up outside on the cold Friday morning at 4 AM to get into the store to grab deals. Blaine Hartleb and his 9 member team did a great job setting up for the event and through the day between 400 and 500 customers were in the store loading up with Black Friday deals. The Team from The Crossover Marketing rep firm was on site through the day with Rob and Sam Sutton along with Paul and Luke Pilat.

Car Toys Tulsa reminded followers Winter is on the way and time to add a remote start system!

At the Outrageous Audio Black Friday event customers were two and three deep at the counter.

Small Business Saturday activity in general with 12volt retailers appeared to be an average Saturday. Cyber Monday numbers are not in yet in the books.

12VOLT CENTRAL STUDIOS (11.28.25) The 12volt Spin-to-Win Wheel was created to bring an element of fun to the 12volt industry. The weekly 12volt Spin-To-Win Wheel is now spinning in Year 7.

The 12volt Spin-To-Win Wheel rolled for the 345th time on Friday morning on October 31st. The Wheel landed on the CRUX space and the Next Level Audio slip was drawn from the jar.

Happy Thanksgiving 2025

SHREVEPORT LA (11.26.25) Happy Thanksgiving 2025 to all across the 12volt industry from the 12volt Central Studios.

It goes without saying that 2025 has been another one of the craziest years since the Pilgrims celebrated the first Thanksgiving Festival meal in 1621.

OK, we’re past daylight savings time, Halloween and the election season and now it’s Thanksgiving 2025. Now we can look forward to December Holidays and New Year’s Eve and 2026.

Overall, we in the 12volt industry have fared somewhat better than many industries and businesses. That said, there are still significant challenges ahead. Continuing tariffs, rising prices plus the online and AI push to name a few muddy the water.

Let’s all remain positive for successful Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday events as we work to finish November 2025 on a high note and roll into December.
